SMOOTH GLIDE ROLLERS.
For Sectional Roll Up Doors, we have developed a special nylon, 13 ball bearing permanately sealed roller that never needs lubrication. We call this our  ”Smooth Glide Roller” because of its unique quiet operation

SUPER SLICK LUBRICATION SPRAY.
This lubrication was developed for the garage door industry and is especially effective for all moving metal parts. This spray on lubricant, coagulates when it is sprayed on metal parts. This enables it to stay on the part to maintain lubrication for a long period of time, without dripping off like most other spray on lubricants.

TIGHTENING LOOSE SCREWS AND BOLTS
The constant movement of a garage door will over time cause some of the hardware to loosen. This is a maintenance fucntion that should routinely be done for safety reasons, however tighteneing loose hardware will definitely make the operation of the door quieter.

REPLACEMENT OF THE OPENER.
There are certain brands of openers that over time will become very noisey during operation. One of the biggest offenders is the Genie Screw Drive Opener. The operation can become so loud that the homeowner might mistake the noise from it to actually be the garage door. In some instances it might be necessary to replace the opener with a Belt Drive Model. Of the three types of openers, The belt drive is the quietest one available.
